TERMS OF USE FOR FREE & MASON SHOP NETSITE
The user has the right to view and browse the service and its content, such as text, product information, images, trademarks and logos (hereinafter "Content") and to use the services offered by Free & Mason Shop in the service. The user may not modify or reproduce the Content in any way, nor partially distribute, distribute, transfer, publicly present or otherwise make the Content public as such or modified, with the exception of permitted linking according to section 6. The Service is only allowed to be used in accordance with the Terms and Conditions in force at any given time and applicable legislation, as well as any instructions and conditions given separately in the Service. The User may not interrupt or attempt to interrupt or otherwise disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Service in any way. The User may not use the Service for (i) illegal activities; (ii) for activities whose purpose is to interrupt the operation of the Service, make it difficult for other users to use the Service, or otherwise disrupt the operation of the Service (e.g. placing timed interference programs, Viruses or other material containing parts capable of affecting the programmatic structure of the Service into the Service); (iii) to collect or store personal information of other users; (iv) falsification or manipulation of title or identification data in an attempt to conceal the origin of the content transmitted through the Service; (v) acting as a representative of Free & Mason Shop or another entity or; (vi) any other form of misrepresentation. The user may not send, deliver or publish any such content in the Service (including, but not limited to, texts, images, logos and signs) that is (i) contrary to the law or good practice or otherwise unsuitable for publication, (ii) the rights of third parties offensive or (iii) unlawfully promoting some products or services. The user may send, deliver or publish in the Service only such content to which he has an unrestricted right to use, including the right to forward the content to Free & Mason Shop and allow Free & Mason Shop to publish that content content in the Service in whole or in part without the obligation to pay compensation or other responsibilities. The user undertakes not to submit any claims to Free & Mason Shop based on the content sent, delivered or published by the user in the Service. The user releases Free & Mason Shop and the companies belonging to the same group with it at any given time, as well as all their representatives, managers and employees, from liability in relation to all claims that arise from the user's use of the Service or are based on the content sent or forwarded by the user in the Service. Free & Mason Shop does not check the content sent or transmitted by the User to the Service and is not responsible for it. Free & Mason Shop reserves the right at any time based on its own discretion and without prior notice to delete the content sent by the user to the Service and used there. Free & Mason Shop has the right at any time to limit the use of the Service or its parts or functions, and for justified reasons to prevent the User from accessing the Service. Free & Mason Shop can use its mentioned rights without prior notification and liability for compensation. Free & Mason Shop also reserves the right to invoke all of its legal rights arising from the violation of the restrictions defined in these Terms.
3. Processing of personal data
Free & Mason Shop processes personal data in the manner permitted and required by the personal data legislation in force at any given time, acting as the registrar of personal records. Customer data is processed as described in the customer register's register statement.
4. Cookies
Cookies can be delivered to the user's terminal. A cookie is a small text file that can be used to collect information about how and when the Service is used, i.e. for example when and which pages of the Service the User has browsed, which browser the User uses and where the User came to the Service from. The information obtained with the help of cookies is anonymous in nature, but it is possible to connect the information obtained with the help of cookies to the personal information received from the User. Free & Mason Shop does not give any guarantees about the protection of the Service or that the electronic bulletins sent through the Service do not contain viruses or other harmful parts. Free & Mason Shop reserves the right to change these Terms at its discretion. Free & Mason Shop reserves the right at any time without prior notice to make changes and corrections to the Service or Content and to disable any parts or functions of the Service.
9. Applicable legislation
Finnish law applies to these Terms, with the exception of its conflict of law provisions. The parties will primarily try to resolve disagreements arising from these Terms or their application through negotiations. If the negotiations do not lead to an amicable solution, the disagreements will be resolved in Finland in the district court of Itä-Uusimaa. The consumer user can also take the dispute to the district court or the consumer dispute board of his place of residence.
